I first applied a coat of regular white polish then 2 coats of a neon yellow called "HighLiter" by Live Life Polished a great indie brand then while the polish was just barely tacky almost totally dry i stuck the feathers on (yes they are real) and then put clear coat over them and then added rhinestones to the rest. I was very very proud of these..hope u enjoy
